MISSISSAUGA, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vital Insights Inc., The Global Leader in Customer Experience Management (CEM) Software, has named Mr. Richard Cooper as its new Senior Strategic Planning Advisor. “Richard will be critical in helping us further develop our business strategies, professional services offerings and specialized automotive customer experience and retention products,” notes Vital Insight’s President Mr. Garth Burns. Richard will also be working closely and directly with clients in order to help maximize the value and benefits of our solutions.
For 15 years, Richard oversaw the establishment and expansion of operations for JD Power in Canada, leading the growth and success of the business with clients in the automotive, financial services and telecommunications sectors. Under his leadership JD Power’s Canadian business expanded from a single automotive study for the auto business to multiple assignments for all Canadian OEMs, as well as the development of benchmark products and services for major Canadian financial services and telecommunications companies. As VP Canada and Latin America, Richard also led the establishment of JD Power offices in São Paolo and Mexico City. Since leaving JD Power, Richard has continued his focus on the auto sector, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to improve measurement and understanding of the customer experience.
