UnitedHealthcare Hosts Community Baby Shower for Educare Indian Hill Elementary School Moms-to-Be and New Moms

OMAHA--()--UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Nebraska and Educare of Omaha hosted a community baby shower for expectant moms and new parents at Educare Indian Hill Elementary School. The baby shower is designed to help expectant moms and new parents with important prenatal and well-baby care resources and information.

Expectant moms and new moms met with health experts to get answers to questions about their pregnancy and received tips for taking care of their babies, including information on prenatal and postpartum care, and child-care safety.

Those in attendance received a free gift bag that includes baby-care items such as diapers, baby wipes and other items. Attendees also received a demonstration about UnitedHealthcare’s innovative Healthy First Steps case management program and BabyBlocksTM, a free online wellness-incentive program.
