BDNA Reorganizes and Augments Executive Team

Three Leadership Appointments Announced To Align With Rapid Growth

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--()--To match its recent rapid corporate growth BDNA, Silicon Valley’s leading Data-as-a-Service provider, is investing in key leadership positions with the appointment of three senior members of its executive team. Former BDNA Chief Technology Officer Walker White is bringing his experience and insight to his new role of President; Jay Scroggins was recently named Executive Vice President of Engineering and Operations, and Tina Jones has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Business Development.

Walker White was named President of BDNA in October after serving for more than 12 years as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. Walker’s fluency in BDNA’s broad business objectives as well as the technology behind its data solutions have been integral in growing the company into the industry leader it is today.

“Walker possesses the unique ability to identify opportunities and to then direct BDNA’s diverse, expert team to quickly deliver on those opportunities,” said Constantin Delivanis, BDNA co-founder and CEO. "Under his expanded role BDNA will continue to provide unparalleled solutions and support for navigating the increasingly complex enterprise IT landscape, and Walker’s leadership will be crucial as BDNA evolves to meet those changing needs.”

Prior to his arrival at BDNA, Walker White was a 12-year veteran of Oracle Corporation. During his tenure at Oracle, he held positions as Vice President of Applications Technology, Chief Technologist of Oracle Service Industries and Product Line Manager for Hewlett-Packard, in addition to other technical management positions.

With over twenty years of experience developing, leading, and delivering technology solutions, Jay Scroggins brings to BDNA his exceptional knowledge of software development and large asset management implementations. Jay most recently served as Senior Vice President for Enterprise Architecture at Wells Fargo, where in his role leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives he utilized BDNA’s solutions and developed a strong belief in the insight they offer. Jay previously was Regional Chief Information Officer for Red Hat, responsible for developing the company’s e-commerce and web properties. He also served as Vice President for Information Technology at Credit Suisse.

“I am excited for this opportunity to use my previous experience as a satisfied BDNA customer to identify areas within our solutions development practices where process and methodology maturation can be applied, with a significant focus on improving the user experience and ultimately helping BDNA customers rapidly realize the value of their investments,” Scroggins said.

Tina Jones joins BDNA with an extensive background in business development & strategic alliances, to grow & build BDNA’s partnerships and increase BDNA’s visibility. Under Tina’s leadership, BDNA will house its systems integration and technology vendor partnerships within one group for the first time, leveraging her expertise in both sectors and fostering a cohesive strategic approach to growth. She comes to BDNA from Jive Software, where she expanded the company’s partner ecosystem as Vice President of Global Alliances, and previously held key leadership positions at Informatica, Cognos on Demand and Corticon Technologies.

“BDNA’s products are perfectly poised to allow my team to pursue many different types of strategic partnerships – with Technology Vendors, SaaS & Cloud Providers, Risk/Audit Firms, Managed Service Providers, Business Process Outsourcers & Systems Integrators, especially those with practices in: Enterprise Architecture, CMDB, IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, Asset Management and Procurement. Many of BDNA’s 300-plus customers were introduced to BDNA by our partners, and received advisory services, installation, integration, and/or implementation assistance from them. Right now, our partners are our own best-kept secret, but that will soon change,” Jones said.
