Boniakowski was born and raised in New Jersey and is a third generation real estate agent with over 10 years of experience. After graduating from Boston College, he worked in finance in Manhattan as preparation for a career in real estate. Before joining Redfin, Boniakowski worked at his family’s brokerage, where he learned the importance of customer service.

Before joining Redfin, she worked as a brokerage manager in New Jersey and helped build a local franchise from the ground up, managing the business and training and mentoring her team of agents. Before becoming a real estate agent, Sapnar received her bachelor’s degree in information systems from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.
