NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kroll, the global leader in risk mitigation and response solutions, announced today that Arturo Mendez has joined the firm as a senior director in Kroll’s Security Risk Management practice.
Mendez is a veteran security expert with over 22 years of law enforcement and counterterrorism experience in handling complex and sensitive investigations. He is an authority on counterterrorism, risk assessment and criminal/national intelligence and has served in the New York City Police Department’s (NYPD) Detective Bureau, Counterterrorism Division, Office of the Chief of Department, Deputy Commissioner of Community Affairs, Crime Prevention Section, Intelligence Division and Patrol Services Bureau. Mendez has also served as senior critical infrastructure protection specialist for the NYPD’s Counterterrorism Division’s (CTD) Threat Reduction Infrastructure Protection Section (TRIPS).
