The Pocono Mountains is one of the premier tourist destinations in the country, and with something for everyone, it’s a diverse area that attracts a wide variety of visitors — from families to couples of all ages.

It’s been a busy few months for Kalahari owners the Nelson family — recently returning from a 23-day trip to Africa, where they sourced items that will be highlighted directly in the new resort — from selecting coffee beans in Rwanda that will be brewed on the property, art for the convention center walls, furniture for the guest rooms, music that will be echoed throughout the waterpark and more. It’s all part of Kalahari’s commitment to bring guests an authentically African, beyond expectations experience.

Reservations are now being accepted for the summer 2015 opening of the Pocono Mountains resort. To book a stay or learn more, visit www.KalahariResorts.com/Pennsylvania.
