WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Renewable Power Direct, LLC (RPD), a Washington, D.C., based power marketer, has entered into a set of agreements with Tenaska Power Services Co. (TPS) to provide credit services, energy scheduling and other trading support services to RPD.
The agreements are designed to support RPD’s marketing of wind and solar electricity directly to commercial and industrial customers in Texas (ERCOT), the mid-Atlantic states (PJM), California (CAISO) and certain other regional power markets.
TPS will also serve as a preferred RPD supplier of wholesale physical power from renewable sources, as well as Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).
