CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Knox Capital Holdings, LLC (“Knox Capital”) announced today that it has invested in and become a significant strategic shareholder of Stancor, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of electric submersible pumps, controls and related replacement parts and accessories for critical heavy industrial applications in the mining, utility, commercial construction and wastewater industries, among others.
