This latest release brings increased functionality for higher user adoption and improved productivity. Statistically, sales reps spend 30 – 50% of their time handling administrative work including updating CRM. iCRM’s newly released SalesDesktop allows reps to logs call with just one click, email all contacts of an account or opportunity and upload any files associated to an email directly into Salesforce.com. Users can also create a calendar invitation to all contacts within an account or opportunity directly in Outlook which will automatically sync as an event into salesforce.com.
