(NYSE: AAC) (the “Company”), the parent holding company of American Addiction Centers, Inc., announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full of the underwriters’ over-allotment option to purchase an additional 250,000 shares from the Company and 500,000 shares from certain selling stockholders. The Company estimates net proceeds from the offering to be approximately $69.1 million after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
