Xentry Systems Integration Adds Experienced VP to Team

Two new Account Executives also offer a wealth of experience for company

COLUMBUS, Ohio--()--Xentry Systems Integration, a security systems integrator focused on delivering best-in-class security systems and services, announced today the addition of a new Vice President, as well as two Account Executives to aid in the company’s growth.

Scott Cooley joins Xentry Systems Integration as the Vice President of Administration, working directly with teams across the company to offer strategic planning, field efficiency processes and operational analytics to improve daily and long-term performance.

Cooley most recently was Senior Director of Operations for Stanley Security Solutions. While there, he was instrumental in developing the Tactical Operations Center, integrating the program management, engineering, vertical market operations and the global customer support teams together. Prior to that, as Senior Vice President of Operations and Employee Development at Insight Communications, Cooley was responsible for overall operations, including budgeting, profit and loss responsibilities, and staffing management. He worked with those two companies for 33 years before joining Xentry.

Cesar Izaguirre and Chris Sickels were added as Account Executives for Xentry Systems Integration. Sickels was most recently employed in the sales and operations department with Integrated Protection Services in Columbus, Ohio, working directly with business development to drive customer success. He has worked on the technician and management side of the security business, and brings a wealth of unique experiences to the Xentry sales team. Prior to that, Sickels served as the Midwest Region Account Manager for HySecurity in Kent, Wash., as well as the Mechanical Systems Sales Representative for SimplexGrinnell in Cincinnati. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management administration from the University of Akron.

Izaguirre also will serve as an Account Executive, and was most recently the Director of Sales for SanTech EAS Technologies in Pompano Beach, Fla., where he was responsible for developing and managing a global network of dealers and distributors. Prior to SanTech, he worked for Gateway/Gunnebo Security in both Sweden and the United States, as well as Alpha Enterprises in Charlotte, N.C., in their Latin America market. He offers an international sales approach, and he is fluent in Spanish and English, in addition to conversational Portuguese. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami Dade Community College.
