NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Park Madison Partners, a real estate capital raising and advisory firm focused on the global real estate private equity industry, today announced that it has promoted John H. Sweeney, CFA, to Vice President. Mr. Sweeney, who joined the firm as an Associate in May 2012, will be responsible for providing project management services to Park Madison’s private placement clients, as well as leading the firm’s manager due diligence and underwriting efforts.

In addition to Mr. Sweeney’s promotion, Park Madison has added Andrew Juiris as an Associate, supporting the firm’s project management and capital advisory capabilities. Before joining Park Madison Partners, Mr. Juiris was a Development Consultant at Gensler in New York, where he worked on projects for major clients like Citigroup and Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, he was a Junior Architect at Spector Group.
Mr. Juiris earned his B.S. in Architecture from the University of Michigan and is completing his Master of Science in Real Estate at New York University.
