Physicians Realty Trust Announces Closing of Upsized Public Offering of Common Shares

10,925,000 Common Shares Sold at $14 Per Share; Gross Proceeds of Approximately $153 Million

MILWAUKEE--()--Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE:DOC) (“the Company”), a self-managed healthcare real estate company, announced today the completion of its upsized underwritten public offering of 10,925,000 common shares of beneficial interest, including 1,425,000 common shares issued pursuant to the exercise of an option to purchase additional common shares granted to the underwriters, at a price per share of $14.00.

BofA Merrill Lynch, KeyBanc Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets and Wunderlich Securities served as joint book-running managers for the offering, Oppenheimer & Co. and Janney Montgomery Scott served as co-lead managers for the offering, and Regions Securities LLC, Comerica Securities, Compass Point, and J.J.B.
