Executive Search Professionals Gather to Focus on the Future Direction of the Research Function at Global AESC Researchers and Associates Summits

NEW YORK--()--The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) recognizes that researchers and associates working within the executive search profession are integral to the discovery of new talent in the workplace and are therefore fundamental to the future of the executive search industry. In recognition of this, the AESC hosts annual global events which focus on enhancing the professional development of researchers and associates as well as others working in research functions.

These events are held globally each year and therefore attract retained executive search professionals from across the world. The first in the 2014 series of summits will take place in London on September 19, followed by New York on October 16, and conclude in Hong Kong on November 3.

Each summit will consist of various interactive sessions and include insights from leading experts of the executive search industry. The event will provide attendees with an opportunity to meet industry peers, discuss the challenges faced by researchers and associates and receive advice on how research functions can become more efficient and forward-thinking.

AESC Summits are open to all AESC members as well as non-members in research positions looking to gain invaluable training and become the search industry leaders of the future. For more information, including how to register for an AESC summit, visit www.aesc.org/summit.
