EMCOR Group, Inc. Subsidiary Awarded Contracts for Preventive Maintenance and Repairs at U.S. Customs and Border Protection Facilities in Arizona and Texas Gulf Coast Regions

NORWALK, Conn.--()--EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE:EME), a Fortune 500® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure, and building services for a diverse range of businesses announced that its subsidiary EMCOR Government Services has been awarded two contracts for preventive maintenance services for, and repair of, facilities systems for the Texas Gulf Coast and the Arizona Regions of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

EMCOR Government Services (EGS) will be responsible for systems in a total of two million square feet of space throughout 340 individual CBP facilities. The facilities vary in size and function and span more than 900 miles along the nation’s southern border. EGS’s scope of work includes repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems, as well as operation and repair of emergency power, security, fire and life safety, and elevator systems. EGS will also provide water treatment and energy management services.
