LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nigro Karlin Segal Feldstein & Bolno LLC (NKSFB), a premier business management and tax firm, today announced that New York-based Press Schonig Rosenthal & Company LLP (PSR) has merged its business and operations into NKSFB.
The combination of two firms will afford respective clients with expanded resources and enhanced infrastructure on both coasts. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. PSR will operate under the NKSFB name, effective immediately.
PSR offers a full range of personal CFO services to high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, executives and wealthy families, principally in the New York tri-state area. NKSFB helps clients with a broad range of similar needs, including bill payment, tax preparation, budgeting, financial and retirement planning, asset allocation, insurance, luxury purchases, real estate, staff management and business investments.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, with offices in New York City and San Francisco, NKSFB has been broadening its client base, providing services to business founders, senior executives and affluent families, in addition to its legacy strengths in the entertainment and sports sectors. NKSFB opened its New York City office in 2007, and the merger extends the firm’s New York presence to include the Long Island community.
