STANFORD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stanford Hospital & Clinics today announced that it is now renamed Stanford Health Care. The enterprise was renamed to better reflect the growing depth and breadth of Stanford’s adult clinical care services, which include inpatient care and clinics, specialty and outpatient centers, affiliated physician practices, virtual care and patient navigation services, and health plan and accountable care offerings.
Stanford Health Care is also constructing several major new facilities in the region, including a comprehensive cancer center in San Jose, the West Coast’s only integrated neurology/neurosurgery center, and the new Stanford Hospital—which will be the nation’s most advanced hospital when it is completed in early 2018.

Supporting the roll-out of the new Stanford Health Care brand will be an integrated marketing initiative that includes a completely redesigned patient-centric website and a multimedia advertising campaign scheduled to launch soon.
