Arctic Slope Regional Corporation Welcomes New Leadership to ASRC Federal

ANCHORAGE, Alaska--()--ASRC today announced the addition of two seasoned executives to the ASRC family of companies. Mark Gray will assume the role of president and chief executive officer of ASRC Federal, and Greg Resutek has been named as ASRC Federal’s chief operating officer and acting chief financial officer.

Gray comes to ASRC Federal from URS Corporation’s Systems Engineering and Information Solutions Group where he served as vice president and general manager. Gray had responsibility for an operating group with annual sales approaching $650 million and 3,000 employees.

Resutek joins ASRC Federal from URS Corporation’s Federal Systems Division. He served as vice president of business operations and had leadership responsibility for business operations, strategic pricing and financial planning. During his time with URS, Resutek led financial diligence on several strategic acquisitions.
