WSO2 Managed Cloud Service Debuts to Foster Enterprise IT Agility

Dedicated hosting services for all WSO2 products are now available, giving WSO2 production support customers an end-to-end service backed by a guaranteed SLA

Through the WSO2 Managed Cloud service, customers who have purchased production support for WSO2’s 100% open source software can have WSO2 host and maintain a dedicated cloud deployment with a guaranteed service-level agreement (SLA). The service is available for any combination of WSO2 products supporting the many demands of today’s connected businesses, including integration, API management, enterprise mobility, application development and life cycle management, DevOps, identity management, big data analytics, and more.

  • The deployment is hosted in a separate account in Amazon Web Services (AWS) on dedicated virtual machines that are not shared with any other customer.
  • The products can be set up to have network connectivity with the customer’s on-premises datacenter.
  • The service provides full DevOps, including 24x7 monitoring, regular backups, and product updates, and it is backed by a formal guaranteed SLA.
  • WSO2 Managed Cloud can be combined with professional services including consultancy, development and QuickStart.
