Company Honors its 40th Business Anniversary

IRVINE, Calif.--()--Quality Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: QSII), announced today that its management will ring The NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2014 at 4:00 PM EDT.

Chairman of the Board and Founder Sheldon Razin will ring the NASDAQ Closing Bell, which will take place at the NASDAQ MarketSite at 4 Times Square in New York.

Quality Systems will participate in the Closing Bell ceremony in honor of its 40th business anniversary. Quality Systems began operations in 1973 and was incorporated in 1974. Its shares have been trading on The NASDAQ National Market at the time of its initial public offering in December 1982.
