Dawn joins Principia after managing the global shared services division at Forrester Research where she built a unified operating group to deliver Forrester’s content and product-related services to its clients. Earlier in her career, after working for Bain & Company, she co-founded a publishing company where she focused on product development, web-based content solutions, and marketing. Dawn holds a BA in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
