(“Momentive Specialty Chemicals” or the “Company”) today announced that it will increase its pricing for Bisphenol A in the Americas by 10 cents per pound. This price adjustment becomes effective May 15, 2014, or as contracts allow. All other terms and conditions of sale remain unchanged.
