InteliChart’s Enterprise Patient Portal will integrate with the Meditech electronic health record (EHR) in St. Bernards acute care facilities and with up to eight different ambulatory EHR systems -- including NextGen, Allscripts, Greenway and Aprima -- in approximately 25-physician practices throughout the community.

The portal will provide patients with direct online access to their medical records, including test results, medications, visit summaries and discharge instructions. It will allow patients to update their healthcare information and communicate directly with their care team. The patient portal also will allow patients to request prescription refills, schedule appointments and pay bills. Enrollment in the patient portal will be easy with access available 24/7.
