IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TriGuard Management LLC (“TriGuard”) today announced the first and final closing of its sixth multi-niche secondary fund, Montauk TriGuard Fund VI (“Fund VI”). Fund VI was significantly oversubscribed several months after launching, closing ahead of its $400 million target with $500 million of limited partner commitments. Fund VI received strong backing from a diversified group of existing and new investors, including public and corporate pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, family offices and high net worth individuals.
