PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Revitas, the leader in Enterprise Revenue Dynamics (ERD), today announced the appointment of Brian Madocks as its CEO and President. Madocks joins Revitas as part of a plan to further accelerate Revitas’s growth strategy. Paul Winn will continue to remain in his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Revitas is experiencing continued success following another year of sales growth and sustained profitability. New sales grew 33 percent in 2013, business win rates in the pharmaceutical industry remained strong, pipelines grew in support of the company’s new vertical markets, and RevitasNOW cloud deployments continue to rise.
Madocks brings a breadth of application software experience and a proven ability to grow market share, expand into new markets, and deliver successful customer projects, making him the ideal choice for leading the next chapter of Revitas’s growth. His prior experience includes leading enterprise application and service organizations, such as SAP, SunGard Higher Education (SGHE), and Vitalyst.
Madocks joins Revitas from Vitalyst, leading provider of on-demand and expert-level support services to business end users, where he served as CEO and President. Madocks joined Vitalyst in the midst of the Great Recession, retooled the company’s go-to-market model, and maintained the company’s outstanding customer satisfaction scores. Madocks led the company through a successful sale and Vitalyst continues to operate as a growing stand-alone business.
Prior to Vitalyst, Madocks was CEO of SGHE, a $540-million enterprise resource planning provider to colleges and universities with more than 1,600 clients and 2,800 employees. During his time with SGHE, revenue more than doubled, EBITDA grew by nearly fivefold, new products successfully launched, the company expanded into new geographies, and customer satisfaction reached peak levels.
As SVP and General Manager at SAP, Madocks was responsible for multiple vertical industries, including financial services, service providers, telecommunications, and media and entertainment. Madocks’s team was responsible for entering new markets and winning many Fortune 100 clients.
