MMI Warranty and Contract Support Solutions Go Mobile

Users Now Access MMI’s Solutions from Any Device

BOCA RATON, Fla.--()--MMI announced its entire suite of warranty and support contract solutions are now mobile. This new functionality coupled with the rollout of ADDvantage, a new contract module, and ONEview enhancements, make MMI’s application suite the most comprehensive contract management solution in today’s marketplace.

Going mobile enables MMI partners to leverage the growing trends around mobile applications to open a whole new world of sales opportunities and add unprecedented value to their customers. MMI solutions are now able to be used from anywhere. “Our partners and customers can now access ONEview and other solutions from their Android or Apple devices. If there is an outage or problem, users can access the information they need, conduct searches, and quickly resolve an issue – from anywhere, and anytime,” commented MMI CEO, Tina Lux-Boim. “MMI’s ability to make our solutions mobile available gives our users the greatest flexibility to streamline and simplify contract management in the marketplace.”

Earlier this month, MMI announced the rollout of enhancements to its ONEview and ADDvantage contract modules that feature proactive quoting through automation.

Claire Millsap, an MMI key Six Sigma consultant, outlined some of the significant enhancements including a new notification menu enabling users to view all notifications in a drop down from the user’s dashboard, enhanced navigation styles customized by the user, dashboard widgets, and editors using background colors and automatic resizing – eliminating horizontal and vertical page scrolling. “All MMI modules can now be accessed as Android or Apple applications. 95% of ONEview enhancements are driven by our users,” said Ms. Milsap. “It’s what makes ONEview collaborative and special.”
