BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--inome announces that Bellevue LifeSpring, an Eastside local children’s charity, will honor inome co-founder Naveen Jain and his wife Anu Jain, inome Vice President of Community Relations, with a Lifetime Philanthropy Award. The Jains, along with their children, will be presented this award at Bellevue LifeSpring’s 15th Annual Step Up to the Plate Benefit Luncheon on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue.
Bellevue LifeSpring President, Trish Carpenter, released the following statement on the contributions the Jains have made:
“The Jains have put tireless work into the betterment of the community in which they live and conduct business, as well as around the world. The three Jain children are supporters of Bellevue LifeSpring as well and are making their own remarkable philanthropic footprints locally and globally. Naveen and Anu lead by example and have developed a philanthropic culture making it part of the DNA of inome; a business model that I would encourage other businesses and institutions to replicate. We are honored to present the Lifetime Philanthropy award to them.”
Mr. Jain noted: "Running a successful business and running a successful philanthropy program are very similar; both require identifying a problem and delivering the most effective solution that will have the greatest impact.”
Anu Jain added: “inome gives more than a signature on a check; we also provide volunteering time and year round support to effectively meet the needs of our community. It has truly been a privilege to partner with Bellevue LifeSpring.”
