NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The D & M Capital Group, LLC and Olga Mirimskaya and S.T.I. United Corporation announced that The D & M Capital Group, LLC has purchased the interests of Olga Mirimskaya, and S.T.I. United Corporation in two extraordinary diamonds known as Vivid Blue and Ocean Dream, which they jointly owned, and that they have come to a satisfactory agreement which resolves all claims and disputes between them. This results in D&M owning each Vivid Blue and Ocean Dream in its entirety.
