CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nuveen Investments, a leading global provider of investment services to institutions as well as individual investors, today announced the optional redemption price payable on the MuniFund Term Preferred (MTP) shares called for redemption by two municipal bond closed-end funds. The funds will redeem all of their outstanding MTP shares on March 3, 2014. The optional redemption price includes the liquidation preference of $10.00 per MTP share plus an additional amount equal to all unpaid dividends and distributions accumulated to (but excluding) the optional redemption date of March 3, 2014.
