MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tangible Security announced today that it has acquired A&N Associates, Inc., headquartered in Columbia, Md., a leader in information assurance and acquisition management services for defense, intelligence, and federal agencies. This is the second acquisition in less than six months that Tangible closes and continues to build out its portfolio of capabilities in the cybersecurity space, supporting its growth strategy announced in January 2013.
Since focusing solely on cybersecurity, Tangible continually looks to add new solutions for existing markets, and expand access into new markets with existing solutions. The A&N acquisition achieves both goals. Tangible established its expertise in support of government and military clients – some of the most targeted organizations in the world – and now brings “military grade expertise” to its commercial clients.
