The company’s Optimization Services will assist Navis terminals to increase their operational productivity through the implementation of Navis optimization modules and the improvement of associated operational processes. With over 25 years of industry experience and technology utilized at more than 250 terminals across the globe, the launch of Navis Optimization Services demonstrates a deep commitment to strengthening customer partnerships, pre and post implementation, to improve operational productivity.

- An implementation of a custom optimization module to address terminal-specific situations;
- Execution of an emulation study, either in a leadership role, or in support of projects from emulation software vendors.
