(“LBHI”) announced today that the joint administrators of LB Holdings Intermediate 2 Limited (in Administration), LBHI, Elliott Management Corporation and King Street Capital Management, L.P. entered into definitive documentation and consummated the Joint Venture that was previously announced on November 21, 2013.
