ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Philip M. Rizzi has joined CALIBRE Systems, Inc. as Vice President of its Energy, Environment & Infrastructure Division. Mr. Rizzi is responsible for supporting business development and service delivery related to energy management; environmental compliance and cleanup; federal property disposal; infrastructure condition assessments; training land management; and training, modeling, & simulation services.
Mr. Rizzi has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning formulation and implementation, energy and environmental policy and data analysis, and program management and evaluation.
Prior to joining CALIBRE, Mr. Rizzi served as Vice President at SRA International where he led SRA’s business area focused on Environment, Energy, and Organizational Performance. He is an accomplished speaker and presenter with over 50 presentations and speaking engagements on topics related to environmental regulations and compliance and economic benefits associated with green/sustainability programs.
