PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today that it has acquired the assets of FMHC Corporation (FMHC) headquartered in Chicago, Ill.
FMHC is a nationwide provider of turnkey wireless communications site development, design, network deployment, construction, and related services to clients operating in the wireless telecommunications industry.
In making the announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Kevin McMahon stated, “Our acquisition of FMHC significantly enhances our capability in this growing industry, both geographically and by adding additional competencies to help us continue to meet the needs of our clients.”
