BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Symetra Life Insurance Company today announced plans to bring together its 900 Bellevue, Wash.-based employees in a single location — the Symetra Center building at 777 108th Avenue Northeast in downtown Bellevue. The company has renewed its Symetra Center lease with Talon Portfolio Services, LLC through July 2025.
Symetra moved into and secured naming rights to Symetra Center in 2005. The company also leases space in the adjacent Key Center building at 601 108th Avenue Northeast. The 100 Symetra employees who currently work in Key Center will transition to offices in Symetra Center throughout December.
The company’s current Symetra Center lease runs through mid-2015. Under the terms of the new agreement, Symetra will lease 218,351 square feet and occupy 12 floors. Symetra’s Key Center lease also runs through mid-2015. The company plans to sublease that space until the lease expires.
