The film has received a number of positive reviews from its international releases. Roman Polanski: A Film Memoir is the story of famous movie director Roman Polanski. The documentary is meant to highlight Polanski’s career and relationship with producer Andrew Braunsberg. Braunsberg discusses many of his classic films, including: Chinatown, Rosemary's Baby, and The Pianist. Viewers will also learn about his life in France with his current wife Emmanuelle Seigner.
