METAIRIE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--During its meeting held today the Board of Directors of Biloxi Marsh Lands Corporation (Pink Sheets: BLMC) declared a dividend of $.55 per outstanding share of common stock payable on Friday, December 27, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Tuesday, December 24, 2013.
