The Company announces the following stockholders listed below as its majority holders owning in excess of fifteen percent of the total outstanding common stock shares of the corporation.
ALPHABLUE HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware, United States Limited Liability Corporation owned through a Nevis Corporation - ALPHABLUE HOLDINGS I, LLC by an asset protection trust – ALPHABLUE TRUST I, a BRENNERMAN Family Trust, owns One hundred and fifty three million (153,000,000) Common Stock Class A shares of the Corporation equating to thirty four percent (34%) of the total authorized Common Stock of the Corporation.
JEFFERSON III HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware United States Corporation, and the private investment corporation with interests in Oil and Gas, real estate, finance, and investments. Jefferson III Holdings, LLC is owned by a Delaware, United States asset protection trust - JEFFERSON III TRUST I. A private investment corporation and trust of RAHEEM JEFFERSON BRENNERMAN owns one hundred and thirty nine million, five hundred thousand (139,500,000) Common Stock Class A Shares of the Corporation equating to thirty one percent (31%) of the total authorized Common Stock of the Corporation.
All other stockholders own less than fifteen percent interest of the total issued common stock shares of the corporation.
