Asure Software Releases AsureSpace Meeting Room Manager Version 10

Software enables organizations to consolidate meeting planning functions into one scheduling system; latest version includes new functionalities and enhanced usability

AUSTIN, Texas--()--Asure Software (Nasdaq: ASUR), a leading provider of workplace management software solutions, today announced the release of Meeting Room Manager v10 software, which enables organizations to combine meeting scheduling and planning functions into one customized scheduling system for enhanced efficiency and productivity. This release is the culmination of more than 700 development hours and provides more than 200 fixes and solutions. Asure customers with On Demand Meeting Room Manager service will be upgraded to the new platform the weekend of Dec. 7-8. Customers who self-host the software can upgrade anytime with today’s availability of v10.

Meeting Room Manager v10 supports Outlook 2013, Microsoft Server 2012, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and Internet Explorer 10. It includes an improved Outlook Add-in that offers easier updates and group policy distributions; provides immediate notice of potential Outlook calendar booking conflicts and improved display of available resources; facilitates easier user interaction between Meeting Room Manager and Outlook; and provides clearer distinction between prep, meeting and clean-up times so organizations have better information on how their rooms are being used.
