The website also features a listing (updated quarterly) of electronics recycling collection events in all counties at GreenerGadgets.org/Hawaii. Learn also about eco-friendly recycling options with tools that support the responsible purchase, use and recycling of electronic devices. Features include a powerful energy use calculator with the most up-to-date personal electronics products and energy figures. CEA and its member companies are committed to educating consumers about recycling consumer electronics and providing convenient recycling opportunities for them.

In conjunction with the recycling event, consumers are being urged to “Do 1 Thing ENERGY STAR®.” According to LG, replacing older TVs and computer monitors with new ENERGY STAR-certified models helps consumers save energy and money while addressing climate change.
