PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trend setters and innovators of the game of basketball for decades, the iconic Harlem Globetrotters have added another in a long line of amazing feats, as Globetrotters rookie Thunder Law today smashed the official Guinness World Records® record for the longest basketball shot – connecting from 109 feet 9 inches, besting the old mark of 104 feet 7 inches, set nearly three years ago.
Law broke the record at US Airways Center in Phoenix, home of the Phoenix Suns, as part of the ninth annual Guinness World Records Day.
