VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The third annual mSummit conference is taking place on November 16 at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, BC. Each year, the day long conference brings together some of the most influential mothers in business. Speakers at this year’s conference include Arlene Dickinson from CBC’s hit series Dragons’ Den as well as CEO of Venture Communications and YouInc.com, Tamara Taggart of CTV, Sandy Gerber of NEXT Marketing, and Jill Earthy of the Canadian Youth Business Foundation.
Presented by the Reinventing M Network, the third annual mSummit will feature several insightful career, financial and lifestyle workshops. There will also be two catered keynote sessions, ending with a wine and cheese fashion show. The mSummit conference is designed to help mothers make meaningful connections and introduce them to what it means to be a successful mompreneur.

Simington understands there are an increasing number of women leaving the work force to start their own businesses. According to Statistics Canada, approximately 951,600 Canadian women are self-employed who run their own business and are taking it upon themselves to be their own agents of change.
