HAMILTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Voxware, an innovative voice software provider, today announced that Roger Maloch has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer. With extensive experience in building the infrastructure of growing technology companies to better serve their customers, Maloch will work closely with the Voxware management team to ensure the company continues to be a valued partner to its customers, partners and shareholders.

His recent CFO experience includes Aderant Holdings, an Atlanta-based software company, and Fidelity Information Services, a Jacksonville-based company providing services and solutions to the financial services industry. He has worked with multiple private equity backed firms, where he developed target metrics and associated process changes that led to greater effectiveness in building and delivering technology products and services. As CFO he has executed a number of strategic acquisitions of companies, totaling more than $800 million in revenue acquired.
