“We are pleased to have supported Boeing with this air crew training program,” said Emad Rizkalla, founder and CEO of Bluedrop. “Working with Boeing is proof positive that our strategy to grow our multinational customer base is practical, achievable and already succeeding. This project required a fast turnaround time and I believe it demonstrates our world-class efficiency and capability in developing highly technical courseware,” Rizkalla added.

The Bluedrop team consisted of instructional designers and subject matter experts who developed over 100 hours of self-directed and instructor-led training on the CH-147 Chinook. The training plan and courseware were developed and implemented in less than 8 months.

The CH-147 training program incorporates interactive, multimedia instruction into the ground school instruction, allowing aircrew to perform a comprehensive range of real-world duties in a guided, blended learning environment.
