SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At the bi-monthly meeting of the Bexar County Commission yesterday, the commission unanimously approved a $55 million tax-exempt bond to finance the eligible costs of the acquisition, construction, installation and equipping of a WholeLife Traditions active adult living community in Cibolo Canyon. A 501(c)3 organization, Samarian Housing, will own the community.
