The pavilion organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is located in Hall 10.2, Stand C-082-88.

Besides the main Asian markets that now make up around 32 percent of the global consumer food market, there is growing interest in Europe and America for Asian food and ingredients. From January till July 2013, Hong Kong exported food and beverages to a value of USD 3 billion (+ 4.7 per cent). The largest export markets were Vietnam (36 per cent) and China (22.7 per cent). Food and beverage imports to Hong Kong rose during the same period by 9.3 per cent to USD 11 billion.
