Senesco Announces $1.725 Million Equity Financing

BRIDGEWATER, N.J.--()--Senesco Technologies, Inc. (“Senesco” or the “Company”) (OTCQB:SNTI) announced today that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain investors to raise $1.725 million in gross proceeds through the sale of 69,000,000 shares of its common stock. The common stock was priced at $0.025 per share.

The offering is expected to close on or about October 2, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. The net proceeds of the financing will be used primarily for working capital, research and development and general corporate purposes.
