NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sailthru, the leading provider of personalized marketing communications technology, today announced support for iOS 7, including the 64-bit Application Binary Interface (ABI), for its mobile SDK. Sailthru’s mobile Software Developer Kit (SDK) allows clients to send push notifications to users via the company’s unique user contact infrastructure that leverages dynamically updated, per-user profiles crafted from data that exists within the ecosystem of a brand or publisher.
Sailthru’s mobile SDK also allows clients to construct and maintain anonymous, device-based profiles indefinitely, reaching those devices via push notifications also driven by the user’s profile. Sailthru fully merges anonymous profiles into existing, named profiles when users later identify themselves.
“Sailthru is quite aware of how quickly developers adapt to new iOS technology, and we have our component ready before they even need it,” said Ian White, Chief Technology Officer, Sailthru. “Apple clearly explained why all iPhone 5S users will only want 64-bit apps on their device and Sailthru wants to do its part to make that a seamless transition for clients and their customers. Clients that incorporate our SDK can craft notifications on a per-user basis, and we expect them to see a dramatic lift in mobile engagement and customer conversion."
Mobile support to Sailthru clients was recently rolled out in order to broaden the options for both contacting and understanding users. Sailthru's mobile SDK is available to current clients on a request basis. Interested clients should contact their account manager for more details.
