PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Judge Group, a leading global professional services firm, today announced that it has opened its newest office in Ottawa, Ontario. Judge also appointed Stevena McDonnell as sales director in that office.
McDonnell has 15 years of experience in the staffing and consulting industries. Prior to joining Judge, she spent 11 years at a local competitor where she was responsible for building the Ottawa market focused on sales to the Canadian federal government.
She started her career in the Canadian federal government as a COBOL programmer. McDonnell became chief of telecommunications before leaving to join a large telecom vendor and manage the talent market competitive intelligence and hard to hire recruitment teams across North America.
