Swift Collective Acquires Los Angeles Public Relations and Social Agency Saeger Media Group

Portland Based Creative, Technology and Social Firm Adds PR to Form Truly Integrated Digital Agency, Swift

PORTLAND, Ore. & LOS ANGELES--()--Swift Collective announced today it has acquired Los Angeles based PR firm, Saeger Media Group (SMG), to form full service digital communications agency, Swift. The two companies bring together complementary global service offerings combining the multichannel campaign expertise of Swift Collective with SMG’s strength in traditional, digital and influencer PR. The deal creates an 80-person integrated digital firm servicing Fortune 500 clients including Nike, Starbucks and Microsoft.

As Swift, the company will work with clients on strategic platforms and programs with services including multi-platform campaign strategy and conceptual development, web/mobile design and development, social strategy, influencer/blogger outreach & traditional PR, media strategy, measurement and optimization. Liz Valentine, co-founder and CEO of Swift Collective, will serve as CEO of Swift. Alicia McVey, co-founder, will remain as Chief Creative Officer and Paul Wille as Chief Technology Officer. Katy Saeger, Founder and Principal of SMG, joins as Swift partner and Chief Communications Officer.
